Who we are
Buying land in Ghana can be one of the most significant decisions a person makes — and one of the easiest to get wrong when the checks that matter are skipped. VeriLand exists to close that gap: to give buyers clear, plain-language information about a parcel of land before they commit money to it.
We are a private, independent service. We are not a government agency and we do not issue land titles or official records. Our role is to review, search, inspect where possible, and report — so you can decide with your eyes open.

How we're different
We quote by scope, not a fixed price list — you pay for the checks your land actually needs, and every quote spells out exactly what is and isn't included. We write our findings in plain language so a non-specialist can act on them, and we're upfront about the limits of what verification can establish.
Who we help
Much of our work is for members of the diaspora buying land remotely, who can't easily inspect a property or visit an office themselves. We also support local buyers who want an independent check before paying a deposit. Everything is handled confidentially.
Our commitment
We won't tell you a purchase is safe. No verification can remove every risk. What we will do is give you an honest, careful read of what the available records and documents show — and flag what still needs attention — so the decision you make is an informed one.
